  • 12:00 – 12:45 p.m. Gentle Yoga
  • 6:00 – 6:45 p.m. Kettlebells
    • Thursday

  • 5:45 – 6:45 p.m. Strong By Zumba
    • Saturday

  • 8:30 – 9:15 a.m. Kettlebells

    Classes are included with membership. Guest passes are available for most classes*.  $5 each class or 5 classes for $20

    *No guests will be allowed to the yoga classes. All other classes are available to guests. Please make sure to check in at the desk when you get to the gym.
