Wednesday

  • 9:30 – 10:00 a.m. Circuit Fitness with Instructor Tammy Compton
  • 5:30 – 6:00 p.m. Kettlebells with Instructor Tammy Compton

Thursday

    • 6:00 – 6:30 a.m. Circuit Fitness with Instructor Nikki Schaubel
    • 11:45 – 12:15 p.m. Gentle Yoga with Instructor Tammy Compton
    • 4:30 – 5:00 p.m. Circuit Fitness with Instructor Tammy Compton

Saturday

  • 8:30 – 9:00 a.m. Kettlebells with Instructor Tammy Compton

Most classes are included with membership. Guest are WELCOME & passes available for most classes*.  $7 each class or 5 classes for $30.
