Wednesday

  • 9:30 – 10:00 a.m. Circuit Fitness with Instructor Tammy Compton
  • 5:30 – 6:00 p.m. Kettlebells with Instructor Tammy Compton
  • 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. ZUMBA with Instructor Libby Desch

Thursday

    • 12:00 – 12:45 p.m. Gentle Yoga with Instructor Tammy Compton

Friday

  • 12:15 – 1:00 p.m. Midday Yoga Flow with Instructor Brittney Bendure
  • 5 week session, January 17 – February 14. $45 or $12 drop in rate. $5.00 discount for pre-registration. Call today!!

Saturday

  • 8:30 – 9:15 a.m. Kettlebells with Instructor Tammy Compton

Most classes are included with membership. Guest are WELCOME & passes available for most classes*.  $7 each class or 5 classes for $30.

*Tuesday and Thursday yoga classes are members only. Friday Lunchtime Yoga Flow is open to guests.   Please make sure to check in at the desk upon arrival.
