Tuesday

  • 6:30 – 7:15 a.m. Gentle Yoga with Instructor Tammy Compton
  • 6:00 – 6:45 p.m. POUND with Instructor Tammy Compton

Wednesday

  • 6:00 – 6:30am Martial Arts Fast Fit with Instructor Jennifer Verhaeghe
  • 12:15 – 12: 45 pm Tai Chi with Instructor Mara Broyles
  • 5:30 – 6:00 p.m. Kettlebells with Instructor Tammy Compton
  • 6:00 – 7:00 pm ZUMBA with Instructor Libby Desch

Thursday

  • 6:00 – 6:30 am Circuit Fitness with Instructor Nikki Schaubel
  • 12:00 – 12:45 pm Gentle Yoga with Instructor Tammy Compton
  • 5:30 – 6:00 pm Martial Arts Fast Fit with Instructor Jennifer Verhaeghe

Saturday

  • 8:30 – 9:15 a.m. Kettlebells

Most classes are included with membership. Guest passes are available for most classes*.  $5 each class or 5 classes for $20.
