Tai Chi with instructor Mara Broyles
Tai chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.
Tai chi, also called tai chi chuan, is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion.
Tai chi has many different styles. Each style may subtly emphasize various tai chi principles and methods. There are variations within each style. Some focus on health maintenance, while others focus on the martial arts aspect of Tai Chi. This class will explore both aspects along with the many benefits of using Tai Chi in our daily life.

Circuit Fitness class with Instructor Nikki Schaubel
A total body workout in 30 minutes!
This instructor led class will begin with a warm-up to feel-good music. Students will then alternate between a hydraulic weight machine and a cardio station for 40 seconds each, while being encouraged to pump and move at their 100% level. 11 machines provide targeted focus to specific muscle groups while cardio stations keep that body motivated! In 30 minutes students will complete two rounds of the circuit machines/stations. Class will finish with a cool down and high fives of a job well done!
Kettlebell Classes with instructor Tammy Compton
Kettlebells is a high energy fitness class based on swinging and maneuvering a weighted ball to upbeat music. Kettlebells are renowned for their ability to condition your core muscles and ultimately effectively tone your entire body giving you lean definition and shape. It is surprising how few sessions you will need to attend before really noticing a difference in your posture and overall fitness.

There are many advantages to studying martial arts. Martial arts students gain valuable self defense skills. They also learn the values of discipline, respect, and a strong work ethic. Martial arts can have a significant beneficial effect on the life of anyone who devotes themselves to the training. It enhances self confidence, because anyone with training in martial arts knows that they will be able to handle themselves in virtually any situation
Martial Arts Fast Fit is a fast paced 30 minute workout with lots of kicking and punching to work out the entire body.
Hapkido is a form of martial arts self defense. Learn how to break holds, strike an attacker, joint locks, and throwing techniques.

Gentle Yoga classes provide a safe, effective, compassionate, non-competitive environment that is welcoming to all. Gentle Yoga is considered easier, less intense, non-strenuous, minimalistic, quiet, meditative, and restorative. Classes serve a variety of distinct needs including people with movement limitations, profound stiffness due to lack of activity or injury, relief from disabilities, and chronic conditions, stress-reduction and weight management. Gentle yoga approach has even been found to help reverse heart disease and provide relief from the challenging conditions of fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, as well as mood disorders.
Gentle yoga classes are typically described as appropriate for those who want a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice. Gentle yoga includes carefully orchestrated movements, controlled pressure, and well-measured stretches, including range of motion exercises. Postures may be approached in gradual steps, with plenty of time to focus on breathing and repetition so that the practice is simple to do and easy to remember.
